Refund & Returns Policy (UK)

1. Your Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be:

• As described

• Of satisfactory quality

• Fit for purpose

If artwork does not meet these standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

2. Online & Distance Sales (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you purchase artwork online, by phone, email, or social media, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item once you have notified us of cancellation.

Conditions:

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition.

• You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

3. Exceptions (Legally Allowed)

The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:

• Commissioned or personalised artwork

• Custom-made pieces created specifically for you

Deposits for commissioned artwork are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Damaged or Faulty Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging

• A refund, repair, or replacement will be arranged in line with UK law

Return postage costs for faulty items will be covered by us.

5. In-Person Sales (Gallery, Studio, Art Fair)

For artwork purchased in person, there is no automatic legal right to a refund unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

Refunds for change of mind are offered at the seller’s discretion.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of:

• Receiving the returned artwork, or

• Receiving proof of return (whichever is earlier).
